the first time in the Programme the coordinated calls financed within the
Federal target programme «Research and development on the priority directions
of development of the scientific - technological complex of
Russia
for 2007-2012 years» and the 7-th Framework Programme of EU on the direction
"Energy" for the following activities were submitted:
- Strategic
international cooperation with
Russia
in the field of power generation from biomass
- Innovative operational and monitoring tools
for large power systems

Informational
seminar for the Russian experts and experts of EU
The
calls on the priority direction “Energy” opened at the November, 30, 2007
of the 7th Framework Programme were presented at the informational
seminar, also the requirements to the participation in the given Calls,
funding schemes and rules of creation consortium are in detail stated. The
special attention was given to the Russian - European tender
2008. In
the given tender 2 directions on Power are presented:
- Strategic
international cooperation with
Russia
in the field of power generation from biomass
- Innovative operational and monitoring tools
for large power systems
For
the given directions the 2 sections were worked in the format of round tables
on which the Russian projects have been discussed in more detail. The Russian
experts and experts of EU discussed possible ways of cooperation already on
the subjects of calls 2008.

tenders and an explanation of key rules and procedures of 4 tenders which have

section "Cooperation" of 7-th Frame Program on Research and
Technological development.
