On the 30 November 2007, 4 calls for proposals will be launched under the Energy Theme of the "Cooperation" Programme of the 7th Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development:

FP7-ENERGY-2008-1: a general call

FP7-ENERGY-2008-FET : a call on future emerging technologies

FP7-ENERGY-NMP-2008-1: a joint call with the NMP Theme on materials for energy applications

FP7-ENERGY-2008-RUSSIA: An energy EU-Russia call

In order to present key features of these calls to multipliers and people interested in submitting proposals the Directorate General for Research of the European Commission organises the FP7 Energy Research Information Day on 19 December 2007, Charlemagne Building, Room S3 – Alcide de Gaspari , Rue de la Loi 170, 1040 Brussels, Belgium.

The aim of the Information Day is to inform interested people on the research topics open in the calls, to give details about the main legal and procedural conditions and to clarify possible questions. In addition, two other presentations will inform about other highly energy relevant topics, the Research Fund for Coal and Steel and the opportunities for energy in the research Infrastructure Programme (please click on the link below to see the programme).
