Conditions for participation

The right to participate as the partner under the application have:

Any legal entity from the countries-members of EU

Any legal entity from member statesor associated countries

Any legal entity from the third countries as well as Russia

Obligatory minimal number of partners:

Collaborative Projects: There must be at least three "legal entities" established in different EU Member States or Associated countries. The entities must be independent of each other.

Coordination Projects: There must be at least three "legal entities" established in different EU Member States or Associated countries. The entities must be independent of each other.

Support Actions Projects: The right to participate as the partner under the application have:

Any legal entity from the countries-members of EU

Any legal entity from member statesor associated countries

Any legal entity from the third countries as well as Russia

Obligatory minimal number of partners:

Collaborative Projects:

There must be at least three "legal entities" established in different EU Member States or Associated countries. The entities must be independent of each other.

Coordination Projects: There must be at least 1 "legal entity".

The minimal number of partners can be expanded, if it is stipulated in the corresponded Work Programs.

Third countries

  • Industrial countries;
  • International Cooperation Partner Countries (ICPC) as well as Russia
